Profile: Beth Rees is a perinatal doula (birth & postpartum support) living and practicing in the San Francisco Bay Area. Beth has been working with women and families for over 20 years. She trained to be doula in the Bay Area and has served over 140 families since 2006. In her practice, she incorporates perinatal herbal medicine, acupressure, labor massage, mindfulness meditation, hypnosis-based birthing, breath and vocalization techniques, as well as other mind and body comfort measures.
